To ensure fairness to all clients, please be advised of our cancellation policy outlined below:
- If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited.
- To avoid the loss of your deposit, please make any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours in advance.
- If a rescheduling is needed, your current deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
- In the event of a no-call, no-show, clients will be banned from utilizing my services in the future.
